Operations Coordinator

My name is Britney Monaghan, and I am the Operations Coordinator here at Alternative Wellness Services. I am currently based out of our Augusta, ME, office but often travel to our other locations. I have been in the behavioral health field for 8 years. Starting off doing supervision in I/D residential services. I started working with AWS in 2021 as a Care Coordinator, Team Lead, and now Operations Coordinator. I currently hold an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and am continuing my education to obtain a Bachelor’s in Business administration. Working in the social work field is so much more than a job, it provides hope for the future of our community and the individuals we serve.
