Director of Clinical Services

Abbie Rohde, LCSW, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker with experience spanning a wide range of clinical modalities, specialized treatment interventions, and client populations. Her career began in children’s services, progressing from case management to in-home behavioral and clinical support, virtual residential programming, and substance use treatment within a comprehensive model. Abbie also has established a successful private practice and held leadership positions at the state and regional levels.

She is passionate about developing Medicaid-funded programs to increase client access to trauma-informed, ethical, and best-practice care. Abbie believes that agencies are only as strong as the team and mission that drive them.

In addition to her role as Director of Clinical Services, Abbie enjoys the natural beauty of Maine, all things blueberry, raising her two inquisitive and kind-hearted children, and embracing the life-changing power of gratitude.
