I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, lack of self-esteem, and a number of other mental health issues. I utilize a strength’s based approach to therapy with a focus on cognitive behavioral techniques and psychoeducational skill building to help clients achieve their goals and hopefully move towards a more fulfilling life.
